I’ve been taking this Lion’s Mane supplement for a few weeks, and I really like the high 4000 mg dosage combined with Vitamin B1 and black pepper for absorption. The tablets are vegan and easy to swallow, which is a big plus for me. I’ve noticed a subtle boost in focus and mental clarity during work and study sessions. The 180-tablet bottle is excellent value and should last a long time, making it convenient for daily use. The only minor thing is the size of the tablets — they’re a bit large, so I need to take them with plenty of water. Overall, a strong, reliable Lion’s Mane supplement that feels premium and effective.

These work a little too well.. They are great at helping focus, taste okay only problem was a few weeks in it gave me nightmares. Probably made me focus a little too much even during sleep. Small and easy to swallow

I bought these tablets after hearing people rave about lion's mane and I will admit I was very sceptical. I have tried plenty of supplements over the years with mixed results, but these have genuinely surprised me. After a couple of weeks I noticed I felt clearer and more focused, especially on busy days when I normally feel pulled in every direction. I cannot say it is a miracle, but there is definitely a difference in how steady and organised I feel. The fact that it is paired with vitamin B1 and black pepper is a nice touch and the tablets are easy to take. I also like that they are made in the UK and suitable for vegans. The bottle is generous and lasts a long time, so it feels good value for money. I went into this expecting very little, but I am genuinely impressed. I will be ordering another pouch.

Straight to the bin! Not because it didn’t work, it actually worked fine and helped me clear my mind of all the overthinking. However, the side effects the next day were scary. I was anxious as hell and felt like I was just one tiny step away from a panic attack. On top of that, I experienced a strange tingling in my legs and had no energy to do even basic household tasks. The next morning, I was completely fine again with no side effects! Maybe 4000 mg was just a bit too much.
