Can this size 150mm fit into 8*8 inch bathroom window?

Yes it can but it's dimesions are 6*6 inch so the additional 2 inches will have to be covered with a glass, wooden plate etc, I own this exhaust in my kitchen but find it's rotation not fast enough so would recommend choosing some other product.

First of all - Please don't buy this fa. I bought two of them at the same time and both of them hardly has any speed. My 2000 rupees got wasted! Please go to a store and select a high-power fan after checking it.

Which size will be okay for 10''X10'' window size ?

200mm size exhaust fan is suitable. I have already purchased 200mm through you only and managed my requirement and earlier one of 150mm size fan is just lying in my house. If i would have purchased this from local vendor, perhaps I would not have faced this problem. Here local vendor gains more weightage for the service against Amezon. Still you can send 200mm size exhaust fan and take back 150mm which is just lying with me. I will replace existing other bathroom's old fan with this 200mm new one. I am ready to pay price difference.
