This kit is easy to use, I wasn't able to make 48 shells as I didn't know I was making the cookies too large. I wanted to try my hand at making macaroons as I absolutely love them so I chose to use this kit to see if I would enjoy making them. I probably would not order again as I felt the mix was a little spendy. The macaroons baked up nicely and tasted great , except for the way too sweet buttercream filling.

This mix kit is amazing!!!! I bake these from scratch and they can make someone question their baking skills, lol. With this mix kit you receive the cookie dough mix, the butter cream filling mix and detailed instructions of how to mix and bake these beauties. Only water, and butter are needed that is not included. Optional also is coloring and flavoring. I did not add color, I did add strawberry flavor to the icing. 5⭐ for instructions 5⭐for taste Highly recommend, I will definitely buy again.

My daughters love Macarons. This product promised to make them easy. You only have to add water. How simple could that be? Well, the meringue mix never made stiff peaks and our water was definitely room temp and our mixing bowl and wisk were clean- no traces of oil or fat. We proceeded anyway and the resulting mix was way too runny to put into a piping bag. We tried to add more beaten egg whites to no avail. What a waste of money and time. My daughters are so disappointed. Wish I could get my money back. Do NOT order this.

Super easy to make. They work well in a pinch and are very easy. Not perfect but tastes the part. Making them from scratch is very tricky so these take a lot of the room for mistakes out of it. That said you can still mess them up. But great in a pinch to get some done when you don’t have the time or patience (or skill) to make them from scratch. I got tons of compliments and everyone gobbled them up so the end goal was achieved

If anyone attempted to bake macarons, you would know how easy it is to mess up. I have tried to make my own batch of macaron for the longest time but haven’t achieve the right results- my cookies came out flat and dont have any feet. Super disappointing but then I came upon this box of easy macaron mix and the result is sorcery! I can’t believe how easy it was to follow the instructions on the box via only adding water to the macaron cookie mix and also just water and butter for the macaron filling mix, and I actually achieved making macarons with feet and it tastes really good! It’s amazing!! I highly recommend purchasing this product because it really works and I didn’t really try too hard. This is the secret to making a failproof macaron! I was able to get a batch of 26 cookies which is more than worth it for the boxed mix price of $16 bucks. Usually a cookie can range around $2-$3 at the stores. Additional helpful products to use with the mix- stand mixer with the whisk and paddle attachments, gel food coloring (I used pink), and sandwich bags to pipe the macaron cookies and the filling.

Just okay. Don’t expect amazing flavor. However if you want to experiment with the complexity of macarons with out the time and experience this is a great starting place.

I tried the Angel Bake Macaron Mix and I was able to make it very quick and easy. This was a fun project and all of my family and friends enjoyed them! I had loads of fun playing around with flavors like vanilla and mint, almond and ginger, and lemon, overall I would definitely recommend this to others, no matter the age because it is easy and simple. Just make sure you have a piping bag at the ready! (Note: The above review was written by my 12-year old daughter for whom I purchased this mix as a gift. She spent one Sunday morning making the macrons and had a great time. They turned out fantastic and I can confirm that they tasted delicious! )

I purchased this for my 7year old daughter because she loves macarons. We have made them before but it IS a labor intensive dessert. I thought a kit with all the ingredients (or most) would be fun. First, it says on the packaging that it makes 24 cookies. I guess I got shorted 14 cookies worth of dough?? It only made 10 cookies (20 rounds) at the exact size of a normal macaron. The dough for the cookies was actually a good consistency and flavor, but the meringue buttercream filling was very strange. The butter never incorporated into the meringue even though we followed the instructions. It ended up having a very strange texture and it doesn't taste good. It did come with enough of this strange filling for 24 cookies (so we had quite a bit leftover). For the price I think next time we will just make them from scratch. We had a good time, but they just don't taste quite right.
