Is what it says on the label. No taste/smell so easy to take.

My first time buying these and I have been taking them for nearly 2 months now. My skin does look better and my hair feels stronger. I bought another box to continue taking it until end of winter. As a vegetarian I was also very thankful to find an affordable price for this product. I recommend if you wanna try collagen.

Easy to take and a very reasonable price.

I didn't know if a vegan version of collagen would be as effective as collagen from animal sources. As a vegetarian I will probably never know. I can say this version works OK. It took a few weeks before I noticed any change, but there was a noticeable improvement in my complexion and a reduction in wrinkles. This is not a miracle cure, but way better than any prescription topical medication I have used.

I've never noticed any actual benefit. However, having just started taking it again, I noticed an adverse reaction and, sure enough, found "Soya" in the small print. NOT in bold, as you'd normally expect. I'm intolerant and though the reaction is mild, due to the very small quantity, it's not worth it.

I think they have truly improved my nails and therefore keep buying them. They were peeling previously.

Supposedly good for the health of your skin. It is an acquired taste.
