I was using a product from a TV shopping channel and it was very destructive for me. I lost at least 1/2 of the hair on my head! I have thin and fine hair so this was devastating! Actually, I participated in a class action suit regarding this product. I've done, taken, and read almost everything concerning regrowing lost hair and stopping a lot of hair loss when it would grow back! This product has shocked me in its ability to almost stop me losing hair! I just cannot see being without it! The capsules are very small so are very easy to swallow. I know Catalase is rendered impotent in stomach acids so I purchase "delayed release/acid resistant empty, clear, capsules from Amazon and insert one capsule in each of these. I KNOW that this product is working because it only took about 10 days or less for me to surprisingly notice losing so very few hairs! Just LOVE IT! :)

It was recomended I try this but I did not expect the hair effect. I think indeed it's making my hair a little darker. I was pleasantly surprised by that. No side effects, no issues at all. I take 2-4 a day. Seems to be high quality. Capsules are small and easy to swallow or even open if needed.

2 a day was to much. It cleaned out my bowels so I went to 1 a day and It got better. still soft but more regular than normal. I got it for anti aging and grey hair. I took pictures of the liver spot on my hand and side of face I will compare when bottle is gone to see if there is a difference. Also I did notice alot more hair shedding after starting and it was my grey hair mostly. Hope they come back in dark after it cleans my follicles. Also just hope it comes back even if its grey. I would rather have grey hair then no or thin hair. Eeeek 🤞

I was hoping to at least stunt the expedited gray hair coming in at 40 but this supplement taken 1 cap 2x a day made my hair fall out in an amount totally unprecedented for me. I doubt it's some weird purge thing.

Since using this, I’m not sure if it’s me switching my shampoo and conditioner to a higher end brand or taking this but my hair has gotten so much better. There’s so much less breakage. It has an actual life now it doesn’t look dead all over either way, I can see a difference, I would definitely recommend due to the fact that I had horrible hair before and it’s finally coming to life. These pills do not have a horrible taste. They are not hard to swallow, so could to consume these it’s fairly simple.

I have been using Rise-N-Shine Catalase products for 15 years and they are way better than the rest. Catalase 30,000 has been working great for me. Gray hairs starts to slowly come back when i stop taking it, so I am going to keep taking it daily since it has so many other excellent health benefits.

I'm 2.5 months in, and there is no improvement. As far as other benefits, I don't know. Maybe. It has not caused problems. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, hence two stars. I'm still holding out hope that after three or more months, I'll see some results. But I won't buy any more of these. Such a shame!
