This is my favourite form of inositol and the only one that seems to help balance my moods. I'm really hoping it comes back in stock soon because it's very noticeable when I don't have it.

4 bottles later and no nothings any better or worse, only the fact that I throw up more whilst taking.

So I been taking these for about a year my pcos went down amazingly ans I had great results… but I have tried to get more and there completely “ sold out “ or “ unavailable “ the manufacturer website looks like it’s shut down and now I’m baffled as to what I have been taking and why it has been discontinued! If anyone knows anything? I need more but not if it’s unsafe and been shut Down !

Starting taking these recently and can see a difference already. Great value for money and arrived really quick. Pills are easy to swallow compared to other brands.

I was hoping this would be the perfect supplement for me seeing as I’d been taking separate myo inositol and ashwaghanda for some time. However within a couple of week of starting this supplement a lot of symptoms that had improved on other inositol products came back. I had a ridiculously short cycle, pain, and also a really bad outbreak of acne on my chest. Things that had under control for over a year. Yes it may be a conincide as hormones can be unpredictable but since changing back to a previous product things have improved again. Perhaps this just didn’t have the right dose of inositol for me. Many of the producers you have to take 3 a day and this was only 2 a day even with all the extra ingredients in it.
