This tap looks similar and was easy to fit
User to replace tap that came with filter kit which leaked after approx 18 month and could not be repaired. This tap looks similar and was easy to fit, however the handle has 2 knobs not 3 as displayed. Works well only time will tell re reliability. Delivered quickly.

Excellent acquisition!
Good value for money - as other filter drinking water taps are much more expensive than this one. Good quality crome, quality beyond the cost. Three pronged tap is more stylish than the single tap lever type we've had before. 5 star rating is well deserved. Cannot recommend highly enough.

long name for what is a tap
I bought this after the tap or faucet for any American readers on my water filter snapped at the swivel end. To be honest I thought I had to get one from the people that made the filter but once again Amazon came to the rescue. I was amazed at how much choice I had but decided to go for the closest one to the one that broke after only 8 years (they don't make things like they used to). Fitting it was a doddle or would have been if I hadn't fitted the original tap behind the sink and had to do everything by feel. It did not leak and delivers filtered water perfectly. If like me your original tap breaks get this one.

Good, easy to assemble, might start dripping
I bought this for my filtered water when the lever tap failed. This is cheap, looks good and it’s much easier to operate. However in the second or third year it started to drop more and more until I had to replace it. No need of calling a plumber as he would charge you £65 and you can easily do this yourself.

Not good quality. Really poor response to a complaint!
Tap arrived promptly. Was easy to install. When the plumber turned on the tap it fell apart, ie the arm was pushed out by the water. I contacted the seller who refused to accept that the tap could be faulty and said my plumber was incompetent and I should check his qualifications. This was after I sent the requested pictures showing the tap in two pieces. It was also suggested indirectly (I have the emails) that I was a liar. Customer relations are not this company’s strong suit!

Smart and classy looking.
Great tap. Looks fabulous and really improves the bar sink area in my study. Quite a powerful stream of water - almost overshoots the sink! However, it can be controlled by the attractive knob. Only criticism is that it didn't come in the advertised box but in a plastic bag and with no instructions. Had to ring the seller to be talked through the fitting. The chaps helping were patient with a non-professional and answered all my naive questions without laughing out loud. Had to scrat through the garage for an extra large washer to fit under the sink as this tap replaced one that needed a much larger hole and the provided nut just disappeared into the gap but I found one and the problem was solved. All in all, I am delighted with the tap even though it is slightly lower that the one that it replaced - which was an almost identical chrome tap with a white plastic handle and white ceramic nozzle which had gone really manky - so that I needed to buy a new chrome kettle that was a little shorter, too, in order to fit under it when swung onto the worktop surface. The new kettle is also great so I an totally happy with all results. ( BTW, the kettle is a Russell Hobbs Chester Compact which really does have a perfect pour spout. I was so impressed that I bought the Alderley, too, for the kitchen. )

Looks and works fine
Easy to install and good nozzle height to get kettle underneath. Only issue is with the 'ceramic' cap that covers the screw which holds the tap head on kept unscrewing and has now been lost.
