Good useful product, easy to install
Good product. The hard part is finding a 16mm core bit. But other than that, it's easy install. Works well, responsive and has well thought out fallback mechanisms when battery is exhausted and comes with USB key additional to fingerprint locks. Great product. Wish it came with a installation template.

Not Functioning
Lock is not registering fingerprint despite complaint to manufacturer through email, and by telephone. Nothing has been done till date. It has become a useless item for me. I should not have choose this company product, which is not Cooperative with customers this is my second Reminder, if I do not get any result I’ll be Compelled to Take Due course, as available i under LawJustice B P Das

A useful Product !
Self Installation is difficult.I opted for the company installation which was chargeable at Rs 350/-I was planning to put up a Locker in our Living Room to keep petty Cash but post this product that need seems to be resolved and this works perfectly.

Secured lock for drawers
Somehow at my age ( 65 Yrs.) fingerprints seems to be fading so multiple times scanning required for lock to open.works very well. Also need to learn to open it with a power bank when batteries are drained. Atleast 2 different fingers needs to be scanned for each drawer

Does the job, I would not trust it for safety
The media could not be loaded. The device is good over all, works well and has a physical key for emergency. Its all made of plastic. The product finish is ok.Would require a carpenter for installation. Or at least basic carpenter 's skills.
