I’m had gas logs for years. They never work, filling tanks is a chore. I removed my gas logs and put these in. My family and I love them. They are perfect and we got a really good deal on Prime Day.

Great unit, it works extremely well and fits pertfict in my fireplace.

The whole fireplace appearance simulation effect is very good, the flame is like real, heating effect is also very good, very practical. Put it on the side of the living room. It looks very high-end. Friends see are asking, I am really happy that it brings us warmth and happiness.

Unfortunely the thermostat was defective. I like the effects of the fire it put out. The company was very easy to deal with. I would have no problem buying from them again.

The flame is really nice. However the heat is not strong enough.

I had a glass fronted electric firebox that quit on me 2 years ago and we really missed it especially in the winter months. The company went out of business, and the dimensions of the firebox was unusual. To get a custom one built it would have cost me anywhere from $500 to close to $1,000 to replace. I took the firebox out which left an open back to the wall, so I picked up hardboard from the local Home Depot, cut it to size, painted it black, installed it to the back of the unit and inserted the GoFlame firelog insert. It worked like a charm and I'm so pleased with the result. The picture here doesn't do it the best justice as the flames dance on the back of the black hardboard which makes it look so real. My other insert was so noisy, and this one is so quiet. We are grateful to have this firebox up and running again. I highly recommend this product.
