I used it in my first pc build, which have a 7600x and a Rx 7800 xt, exceeded my expectations, really fast read and write speeds, no overheating issues in my experience, boot up times editing, and transferring are flawless, would really recommend it.

Il Lexar NM790 da 2TB è un SSD M.2 NVMe davvero sorprendente per prestazioni e rapporto qualità/prezzo. Con velocità di lettura e scrittura sequenziali molto elevate (fino a 7400 MB/s in lettura), il caricamento dei sistemi operativi, dei giochi e delle applicazioni è praticamente istantaneo. Perfetto per chi lavora con file pesanti o vuole ridurre al minimo i tempi di attesa. Inoltre, nonostante le alte prestazioni, il drive resta stabile e ben gestito anche sotto stress, senza surriscaldamenti eccessivi (anche senza dissipatore, se il case è ben ventilato). Installazione semplice, riconosciuto subito dal BIOS e da Windows. Ottima scelta per aggiornare PC da gaming, laptop o workstation. Super consigliato!

Using this Lexar NM790 2TB SSD, M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 4 in an external fanned NVME M.2 enclosure and have my home folder set to it on a mac mini m4 running Mac OS Tahoe. Great value to performance ratio -and recommended to me a few multimedia professionals who cite it's trusted reliability. No compatibility issues experienced. I have transfered massive music sample libraries and notoriously huge orchestral VST's and suffered no slow-downs when putting my use case scenarios to the test. I expect longevity to be on par with, or even in excess of the best competitor brand offerrings on the market today. 2TB storage is significant for me, and I can buy another one and go raid if I choose. Ease of installation is as simple as it get's and performance has been great and fast too.
