Best value for money and performance
Probably the best priced CFExpress Type A Memory card on the market. Great performance too. I havent had any issues as of now, and my colleagues who also use these cards for over a year now say the same! Also to mention it comes with a 5 year warranty!Great paired with my Sony FX3

The price is surprisingly better than a V90 card
I normally go for V90 cards for my Sony camera because they can also fit into the mac quickly. But the 260GB card ended being cheaper for me, and so far no issues with shooting with it. Haven't put it to the test with 4k 120fps footage, but planning to.

CFexpress Type A card performs exceptionally well, especially when paired with the Sony A7R V
The Pergear 80GB CFexpress Type A card performs exceptionally well, especially when paired with the Sony A7R V. For photographers and videographers who demand reliability and speed, this card is a stand-out choice. The Pergear’s read and write speeds allow it to keep up seamlessly with the high-resolution images and 8K video capabilities of the A7R V, a camera known for pushing storage performance to its limits. In field testing, the card delivered rapid write speeds without lag during continuous shooting bursts—an invaluable feature when capturing high-resolution shots in RAW format. The transfer rates are impressive, making post-production smoother, especially when transferring large files to editing software. Compared to similar Express cards, the Pergear card maintains consistent performance without overheating, an essential trait for extended shooting sessions. This card shines in its durability as well. It is well-suited for both studio and on-location shoots, thanks to its robust build, which resists shocks and extreme temperatures. For professionals looking for a compact storage solution that can match the demands of advanced cameras like the A7R V, the Pergear 80GB Express Type A card is a stellar investment that won’t disappoint.

Speed not quite as fast as advertised. Good for the price. Would recommend it.
I have been using Lexar 160GB Professional CFexpress Type A Card Gold cards and been very happy, and the read and write speeds are very close to the advertised price. So, when I saw the Pergear 1TB CFexpress Type A Memory Card I was intrigued. How could a company, who I had never heard of, release a 1TB card for the £399. The other 1TB that I was considering was the Angel Bird 1TB unit, which has out of stock and much more expensive. So, I took a punt and ordered one. It took just about a week to arrive.I encountered a minor issue with the label on the card. Due to the thickness of the card, when I connected it to my USB-C CF-A card reader, the label on the card stopped it from being insereted into the reader. It scraped the label off. This did not happen with my Lexar cards.Performance. The Lexar 160GB cards were over 600-700MB Read/Write in AJA Speed test. The Pergear 1TB was closer to 600 read and 450-500 write. Much lower that the advertised price, or as indicated on the label. However, given my camera has two CF-A slots, and my use case was to use the Pergear 1TB for video, the device was still fast enough for 600Mbps write speeds that I needed.I did a capacity test, to confirm that it could hold 1TB. I did a 600Mb/s video recording until the card was full. My camera wrote 970GB before the camera stopped. I could access the file and it appeared to have no issues and the video was intact. Some large capacity devices sometime mis report the true capacity, but the card does appear to be 1TB.Overall, I am happy with the card, and I would recommend it.

It looks like a bargain
It arrived in a lovely little wooden box so first impressions were excellent. The cost per gb is much much lower than other cards. It seems to be working fine , so I am very happy t the moment. I already had one Cfe card (sony) so I am used the the pleasure of no buffering when shooting bursts, but I could never have justified spending so much money on a big sony card.If this lasts then it will be a bargain! I will update the review if the situation changes.

Current best value CFE A card
I got the 520GB card for any Sony A1. I also have much more expensive a Sony Tough 160GB Type A card in the second slot. There's absolutely no difference in practical speed between the two cards in terms of buffer clearing in 30fps burst shooting. the Sony card may be a little more environmentally protected, but unless you're going to drop your card into a puddle and then run over it with a jeep, this isn't going to be an issue. The price of CFE A cards, which are needed to unlock the full potential of Sony's latest Alpha cameras, has to now been then Achilles heel of the system, but finally we're able to procure high-capacity cards with no compromise in performance at a reasonable price.Very happy with this card, and I will be buying another.
