Has a dark roast
This is a hectic coffee, has a dark roast. I used too much first time, used half that amount the following time and it was good. So if you prefer a smooth coffee, without bite, then this probably isn't for you. If you like a coffee that has a kick then it is. I was looking for a rougher grind which this is, for a metal cup filter (fine ground goes through).

Product not vacuum sealed/ repeated issue
This is my favourite Neapolitan coffee in UK Intensity 10/13 Unfortunately I always get it damaged To preserve its freshness and the aroma the packet should be vacuum sealed but for some reasons it's not I have complained about same issue on several occasions now ...
