100% Effective at reducing crepe like appearance
I have now reordered this many times as well as gifted to friends! It is the BEST neck cream ever. I use religiously twice daily and 100% it has reduced the crepe like appearance that I started to notice. I’m 53 and this is in my daily routine for over a year now. Absolutely LOVE it. I cannot say enough good things about how it truly has been effective for me.

Great product
I enjoyed using this product because it made my skin feel noticeably more hydrated and soft. The added massage feature enhanced the overall experience, making it both relaxing and effective. It was easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

It didnt work for me
I didnt notice much change and I have been using it regularly. I saw it at Costco as well but I would not recommend at this point.

I like the roller
I like how my skin feels soft and gives a good amount of moisture. I dont see too much of a difference in my face as of yet but I am still using it, so we shall see. Seems to be a good value for the money.

Face Massages!
Love the guasha roller makes application easy and helps with lifting! My skin feels firmer and smoother. Absorbs well without stickiness. Wish there was a bit more product, but overall, great serum!

This serum is great!! It comes with a built-in roller which is amazing. I don't have to do do gua sha again after applying it! it makes facial time shorter and it is incredibly easy to apply. It works great on the cheek and neck area, which is exactly what I needed! Reduces wrinkles and makes my face smaller! Great product

Contains Hydrogenated Polydecene
This serum got a poor rating on the Yuka app because it contains hydrogenated polydecene, which is listed as a moderately risky ingredient, so I was afraid to try it. This was very disappointing, because I had previously used the guasha neck creme by this same brand, which has a good Yuka rating with no bad ingredients, so I thought this product would be similarly safe, but it seems that's not the case.
