I purchased these stick-on patches for when I go to sleep. I have also purchased the brush-on for 2x daily use. Although the patches are sticky, they don't stick on my big toe very well. Enter tape. My big toes always get infected. Thick crud and turns black. Within 5 days of using both products, a very very noticeable difference. Crud is gone. Normal color has just about returned. Because of the medicine applied and covered with th "patches" it keeps the area moist and first appears to be healing the nails. You would need to continue to purchase the patches to keep this patch system on your nails all the time. After 2 months of use as suggested it was not effective in healing fungal nails.
