This dino robot toy comes with a charger that plugs into the mouth. BE careful to plug correctly, make sure the chip upward. the Dino face and eyes will turn red when charging. the red lights in the face and eyes go off when it’s done charging.

Q: Is this RC dinosaur easy operate for 4 yr old boy to switch mode?

with a simple click the horn on the top beak fast and in one motion, and it will make a clicking sound and should change color, from blue/gesture to red/obstacle to purple/treat, after every press. It is very easy.
