I absolutely love these and I don't understand why anyone would return. They are not heavy, the handle is perfect and the right size cup and I prefer my cups to be on the thinner side not thick when I put my lips on it.

Nice but one arrived broken
Nice but one of the 3 mugs came broken. The manufacturer’s box, as well as the Amazon box, were intact. All the person who packaged this had to do was shake the box to easily hear the broken pieces moving around.

Mug delivered broken
I was extremely excited for the arrival of these mugs and unbox it with my husband. First mug I pulled out had a huge Crack going through it. Overall the thickness of mugs could be improved. They were thinner than my expectations
