Unfortunately mine leaks, A new rubber valve might rectify
Mine leaks, when I was using the sparklet bulbs via the insertion pin ( but was unable then to determine were the gas was escaping) but must have also came back through the insertion nozzle!!. I have removed the insertion pin, you have to very carefully remove the o ring (located just inside the insertion nozzle) with a needle then used a very thin nose pliers to remove the pin then replace the o ring, I'm now using the super 30 co2 cylinder and as soon as I injected the gas it to the barrel immediately escapes through the insertion nozzle. Then proceeded to remove the 100mm cap and rapped a small elastic band around the the small rubber valve!! it still leaks a little, when I placed a little water in the valve but just the odd bubble now. I'll have to look for a replacement rubber valve. Perhaps I was just unlucky as no other reviews seem to have this problem.

Does what it says on the tin!
Works well. No problems. You may find however that you have to shorten the length of the screw on your dispenser when loading a barrel with CO2, otherwise the cartridge of CO2 doesn't get pierced when the dispenser is screwed down.

Arrived promptly and is as said stainles steel as the origanal was ally and the inlet rotted but this should last. The pin is removable so it can be used with both CO2 canisters can be used. I would recomend.

Ok. Leaked initially but OK after outlet washer reseated.
OK. Had to reseat the outlet washer as it came badly fitted and the valve was leaking. Fitted easily but doesn't seem to hold the same pressure as my older brass S30 valves. May be a dicky washer but it seems tight. Pressure is OK for heavier ales I would assume but I've refitted my old valve as I have a light ale in the barrel which requires more pressure than the valve holds.

Nice product but had no instructions
Nice product but had no instructions. It said on the ad the pin can be removed but doesn't say how. Luckily I don't need to. Seems to be working well and hopefully will not corrode like my aluminium one.

Good product, needs instructions
This is a good product which does the job. The only difficulty is that it lacks instructions regarding the insertion and removal of the piercing pin (the trick is to very gently remove the inner o-ring and the pin comes free, after which you replace the o-ring)

Good construction
Nicely machined and finishedNo instructions for how tight it should be, but hand tight plus half a turn seems to do the trickA brush around with soapy water and it’s not blowing bubbles so seems to be holding pressure
