Photodon Anti-Glare Screen Protector For the Wacom Cintiq 13HD 13" Drawing Tablet with Kit

First I'd like to say; EXCELLENT customer service. After a delivery mishap, I was able to receive a replacement by Photodon after getting in contact with them, got it very quickly with no issue. Second, the screen protector is in AMAZING quality. The adhesive sticks onto the tablet screen quite well, my screen looks crystal clear, feels VERY nice to the touch and is smooth to draw on. I'd definitely recommend this, and will consider buying from them again in the future!

After following the instructions and trying out the sample piece of the anti-glare screen protector on my Cintiq drawing tablet, it was immediately obvious that the screen protector seriously obscured the images and text underneath it, making everything blurry and difficult to read, as if the screen were covered with a smooth coating of vaseline.As a graphic artist, I need to be able to see everything I'm working on clearly and in detail, so a screen protector that doesn't actually allow me to clearly see what's on the screen is a detriment and hindrance to my work, rather than a help.So, I'm forced to return my purchase and continue my search for a screen protector that will protect my display, without distorting and obscuring what's being shown underneath it.----------------------------------(EDIT) After e-mailing Photodon about returning my purchase, customer service rep Rebecca Irwin quickly replied, asking me to check whether I removed both the front AND back liners protecting the screen protector, which may have been the source of the distortion. At that point I realized that I HADN'T done so, thinking that there was only ONE protective liner covering the product.Fortunately, I hadn't thrown the sample away and applied it — removing the back liner, as well — and it looked GREAT! Crystal-clear, with no perceptible distortion or blurriness. After which I applied the full screen protector and was equally happy with the results.Obviously, I've decided to keep my screen protector purchase and thanked Rebecca for alerting me to what might have been the issue... USER ERROR. I simply wasn't aware that the screen protector had a top AND bottom liner and peeled off the top, opaque liner, assuming that was the screen protector itself.So, if you buy this product, MAKE SURE TO REMOVE BOTH LINERS covering the front and back of the screen protector! It isn't immediately obvious there are two liners, since only one of them is clearly marked as such and the back liner looks like part of the screen protector itself.Once both liners are removed, the screen protector works as advertised and is practically invisible to the eye. 🙂

Had troubles with the touchscreen in the Wacom, worked well after I removed the film

I was reading several reviews both of this product and others. Of the many products this one simply had the highest rating. I kept reading many reviews on this product specfically the lowest rated ones and the highest.Of them the biggest low points that i remember reading noted both the squeegy quality and the clarity of the film. Maybe at the beginning, these were in question or simply they had no idea what they were talking about or had under laying eye problems.As of my purchase on 5/18/19 i could not cite either of these complaints with any creditability. My screen is virtually crystal clear and practically melts into the screen. I only see it because of the rised edge. Im honestly extremely picky on my things and this screen protecter has me very happy. I was actually holding back using my cintiq since i didnt have a proper screen protecter to keep me from wearing out my screen.Since i rarely break things and take alot of care with my things they usually last years on end. I also really get into what ever i work on. So there would be alot of drawing going on and so i definately need something to protect from wear and tear.As for the squeege its a firm plastic card with 2 support rods down the middle going length wise and a felt edge that is securely glued. Very high quality and most definately does the job. Its actually so good ive decided to keep it just i case i need to apply different film products in the future.They even give you a bottle of cleaner and TWO microfiber cloths for cleaning! To be honest i wasnt even expecting cleaning cloths or screen cleaner. I was thinking i was going to get throw away 1 use stuff.I couldnt really be any happier with this product. Im very pleased and it even includes a small sample which i will show my coworker tomorrow! To be honest my only suggestion is an option to add a cute little sample packet with a brand logo sticker! Now that my little rant is over i have to start drawing! :o

I was looking for a good quality protector for my device after buying another one, also listed on Amazon, that was terrible. So I was skeptical that I would find one that I would like. I bought this product and wasn't very sure how much I'd like it but I used the included sample and liked what I saw so I installed the full size one. To my surprise and delight this one went on very smoothly and without issue unlike a lot of other screen protectors I've put on other devices! As long as you follow the instructions, use the installation kit that comes with it that includes an anti-static wipe, screen cleaning solution and cloths, squeegee, and etc., and go slowly and carefully then you'll have no problems putting it on your device.I was impressed on how much clearer the screen was to see through this protector vs. the OEM one that comes with this tablet from the factory. This one is a light matte finish which is great so you don't have to deal with glare so I would say that this one would be preferred by most users over the other option which would be a little too glossy for a drawing tablet display.I haven't been using it for very long yet but I can tell that I'm loving mine. If you're on the fence about trying Photodon protectors out on your tablet or device, just give it a shot.
