I am so impressed by this device! I wanted to be able to have a spa experience in the privacy of my home in between going to my esthetician. Sometimes, life gets in the way, and I am not able to head to the salon. This is a very sturdy, professional-grade device that I look forward to using again soon. My skin felt and looked amazing after one session. I look forward to all the skincare benefits this two-in-one steamer will provide. The assembly was super easy, and I was able to put it together by myself. I could not be more excited about this product. Cool feature that the light has a touch feature to turn the light on/off. Instructions were not great but the unit works well.

This works amazingly...my only con is that it doesn't come with a storage bag.

The media could not be loaded. Long story short the device did not work. It was leaking water and as you can see in the video none of the digital portions of the product worked. It was very disappointing. I did my best to contact the company prior to this review with no avail. So I am out all the money that I spent on this machine. Amazon did absolutely nothing to help me with this return.
