I like that these cast iron pans are coated. They take some getting used to. They get very hot so you need to turn it down after heating up. I really like the fact that they get very hot. They are very heavy but that is because of being cast iron. They clean up without any scrubbing, just wipe with a sponge and dry. I like the wood handle, but I don’t like that you need to remove it to go in the oven. I knew that before I purchased them so not a deal breaker. Overall these are a great addition to my pan collection and I use them everyday.

With big handles which stay very cool during the most extreme of frying. These Lamfo pans are an excellent addition for the stovetop and oven (less the handle, screwoff). There was a similar pan made in Japan where it was twice $ for a ten inch. There is a real piece of mind while cooking on high and there is no chemical coatings involved with the pan surface.Weight: Not really heavy considering it’s a cast ironHandles: On the large size which is desired for high temperature cooking.Honeycomb surface. Idk what the coatings are made of, but these pans are extremely easy to clean, the handles are long enough for two hands, the honeycomb texture is beautiful, and washing them is a dream.I have only cooked with them up to medium-high heat using a gas burning stove. I haven't tried the oven yet.

They are surprisingly light for what they are. I would have loved them if they were flat bottom, straight sided. From the pictures, I thought that is what they were. They have a very rounded bottom to side curve so for me they would not work. Even though the price was good and seemed to be of decent quality I decided to return them based on the shape.

These skillets are far better than any available in the market. It's better than non stick as well.This product comes with a great handle (wooden) which is a must for any car iron skillet as it's tough to handle the cast iron skillet that comes with a regular iron handle.This skillet exceeded my expectation compared to any other skillets in the market (even the non stock) as the food didn't stick when cooking a potato. I've cooked potato, tomato curry, and Ivy guard which didn't stick even a bit. It's easy to wash as well as nothing sticked on the pan.

Over the years I've gone through multiple pan brands until I found this set of 3 Lamfo cast iron skillets. These are my go-to pans above all others. They cook evenly without food sticking, and clean up easily (I always handwash my skillets to preserve the patina and cure). The extra plus is being able to go from stovetop to oven by just simply unscrewing the handle. I wish Lamfo made more products, I'd be the first to try. Buy these pans, I promise you won't be disappointed.
