This is a great sized exercise ball which is perfect for using at home to do your own workouts. You could use it for yoga, core exercises or to help with pregnancy.The ball comes with a foot pump and was fairly easy to inflate. The ball can then be filled with as little or as much air as you like to give you the perfect firmness.The ball can then be easily deflated for storage.

This yoga ball is perfect for body weight home workouts and probably for pregnancy related exercises as well (cannot confirm the latter as of yet). The ball takes sometime to inflate but thankfully the pump is supplied in the box. However, the pump is a let down as it does not stay in place while inflating the ball. Also, due to the lack of an air pressure guage, you need to 'feel' if the ball is filled up enough, which can be a risky proposition. The texture of the ball is rubbery so it is stable on wooden floors when you sit/lie on it and doesn't zoom about in a direction you don't intend it to go. Will recomend this one if you get it on a discount.

Despite the initial challenge of inflating the ball to the desired firmness, the included pump was a practical touch. While it didn't transform my yoga practice overnight, it introduced an enriching layer to my routine. The anti-burst feature instilled a sense of safety, allowing me to focus on my practice without worry.

Ball is as expected, nice and big for use during pregnancy. Great seller. Comes with a foot pump.

The media could not be loaded.  The Good:- The yoga ball is a good large size, suitable for various ball exercises.- The ball has a good grip surface, preventing sliding even on very smooth ground.The Bad:- The surface of the ball has many creases and cracks from being packed in a small box, raising concerns about the quality of the top layer.- The valve on the ball is practically non-existent, with only one hole for inflating/deflating the ball and a small plastic plug. This gives little confidence in its durability and makes inflating the ball difficult.- The included air pump is below-average in quality and feels like a one-time use item.No instructions are included with the ball, so you must rely on your instinct or search online for the appropriate air pressure. The included air pump lacks an air pressure gauge, making it impossible to determine the correct pressure. To avoid the hassle of using the toy-like air pump included with the ball, I used an air pump from my inflatable kayak, which has a pressure gauge and allowed me to quickly inflate the ball.Overall, this product leaves me feeling disappointed. Straight out of the box, it looks like it has been used for years, and the poor quality of the air pump, along with the hassle of inflating it due to the non-existent air valve, leads me to rating it with only 2 stars.

This is a great size yoga ball, easy to assemble and the pump is easy to use. Excellent quality and great value for money. Very versatile can be used for exercise, yoga or pregnancy
