The media could not be loaded. I received my BLWL Robotic Pool Cleaner last week, and to my delight, it arrived one day ahead of the scheduled delivery. I couldn't wait to put it to the test in our inground pool (50’x14’).The setup was a breeze, and within no time, the robot was ready to take on the task. As soon as it hit the water, it glided swiftly back and forth. It effortlessly climbed up steps and scrubbed walls, all the way up to the waterline without getting the cord tangled. Covering almost every inch of the pool floor in just two hours, it did the job effectively.Our pool is regularly maintained, so there wasn't an abundance of debris to pick up. To put it to a real test, the next day we decided to use it in our inground spa (8’x8’), which had not been used for quite some time and had accumulated sand and leaves at the bottom, despite being covered. The vacuum tackled this challenge with ease and thoroughness. By the end of its run, it had scrubbed the floor and seats, and successfully picked up all the visible debris, leaving the water looking noticeably cleaner.I couldn't be more pleased with the performance of this robotic pool cleaner. Its effectiveness in both the pool and spa has made maintenance a breeze. The investment was certainly worth it, as it has not only saved us time but also ensured our pool and spa remain in top-notch condition. I received the BLWL pool vacuum and was eager to try it out. I read the instructions and set it up accordingly. I put it in the pool and set it for a five hour full cleaning mode. It took off and was cleaning up a storm. I was impressed when it cleaned not just up to the waterline but ALONG the waterline as well. I watched it for a few minutes and went inside. I came back out a few hours later, and it was sitting along the side of the pool at the bottom. The control box was beeping and had a red light on. Per the quick start card, if the control box is beeping with a red light, check the robot's condition. Nothing specific mind you just "check robot's condition". I emptied it's baskets, checked for debris blocking anything, and checked that the drive belt still appeared to be on/intact. Per instructions, I put it back in the water and held the power button for five seconds to restart robot. It came back on and worked for about five seconds, then back to red light and beeping control box. Tried a couple of times and same thing happened. Over $700 for just a couple of hours work...definitely NOT worth the price. I will be returning soon if I get no help from the company.

We have an in ground pool which is very deep. We have a sand filter which is on a timer and a kreepy attached by hose to the sand filter and pump. I made a mistake and thought that this robot was more like a replacement for the kreepy, but it is not. It is independent of our filtration system as it can't hook up by hose to the system. That is unfortunate as this is very expensive.How this works is the has an very long electrical cord that connects to a box that in turn connects to an electrical outlet. The box controls the robot and sends it around the pool. Instead of the pool pump driving the robot-- it is electrical.So this brings up some issues obviously. You SHOULD NOT use this while swimming in the pool. Electrical and water obviously do not mix. You have to find some sort of secure way to ensure the box will not go into the pool, because obviously this would be bad.So who is this for? I would say if your filtration system is broken (your pump broke or you need a new sand filter) then this is good. If you do not even have a filtration system (no pump and no sand filter) then this is for you. If you already have a kreepy like we do, then this will be OK, but it is not necessarily needed.We did use this after a storm and there were tons of stuff in the bottom of the pool and it worked great. It was very efficient and made the kreepy's job much much easier.The bad-- this thing is expensive. If you have no choice and no system then this would be a good choice.

After very little use, the cord came loose from the vacuum. When I tried to look how I could get a replacement, there was no option and they told me return window was 30 days for a $500 product?

I ordered this robot and tried using it the day it arrived. I followed the steps in start up guide and the connection box just beeped and all lights turned red. I contacted the company and they replied within 24hrs. Without hesitation they asked for my info and sent me a new robot right away. The second robot has worked wonderfully. I have had no issues and am very satisfied with the customer service team.

I received this pool cleaner on Sept 7, 2023 it is now dead on December 2, 2023. Once you use it in the water you cannot return. I wanted to return it after the first use. The cord gets tangled after one use and you have to disconnect from control box and untwist. The baskets are harder than others to clean out and they are small cannot hold much debris. I would not recommend this pool cleaner. I will see if the will warrant their 2yr claim, but it will probably cost me more in shipping than this thing is worth and they will tell me it was my fault. Haven't done anything but let it run in the pool for 3 months and clean it out twice a day. Stay away by a Dolphin.

The media could not be loaded. The new cleaning Robot is very easy to use and it does the job like a pro. It vacuums the bottom and sidewall of the pool effectively. You can see that by looking at how much dirty stuff it collects in the trash compartments. It’s filter part is also easy to clean and easy to put it back to work.
