My mom is on hospice because she is bedridden. She is always hungry and thirsty... going through many waters and coffee. The hospice order was messed up so I ordered these to get my mom through a few days and im sold! These are fantastic! During the day we now use the thin hospice provided diapers. They are comfortable and easy. At night I use these to get her through a solid 9 hours! And she says she doesn't even feel wet when it's full and heavy.They are really noisy, and not flexible. But she says she is fine with these at night because she doesn't have to worry about waking up wet or having to be woken in the middle of the night to get changed.She's 87lbs and the s/m is a little big but I'm able to fold and crease the crotch area so it's not too much when putting it on.

I have a 38" waist and 40" hips. These fit perfectly. The tall leakguards protect well and prevent leaks including during side sleeping.My normal nighttime volume is about 1000ml and I stayed feeling dry until about an hour before I removed them. I imagine they would hold twice what I put them through effectively without leaking but I can't stand feeling wet.They are a little thick and I would not wear them out of the house but if you wear extra baggy clothes, they are not too krinkly and the bulge is the only thing that would say "I'm wearing a diaper".The extra wide tapes are easy to refasten yet hold very well. At $3/each they perform better than my normal BetterDry. BetterDry is a little more than half the price so I've decided to stick with them but will probably use the Sunkiss anytime I'm sleeping out of the house for the better protection.

These work great for nighttime for me. They are very close to another well-known brand, but a little cheaper. They are absorbent enough to deal with my night-wetting, including on an international flight. The plastic backing is a major plus for preventing that 'damp' feeling that cloth-backed diapers give.YMMV, but the fit of these is ideal for me. I use Mediums, with a 35 inch waist at about 170 pounds.

High marks for these in durability and comfort.Tabs remained fairly secure throughout multiple fastening and removal cycles, as long as the surfaces remain free of contamination- direct skin contact, barrier cream, powder, etc.The exterior backing is strong and it's quality is noticeable when handling and directly applying the product. I found to be more comfortable (not pokey) in comparison to a virtually identical product from cutesie+u

As a bedwetter, I wear overnight to save my sheets and mattress. These are extremely comfortable to wear. They fit really well, and I had no leaks overnight. As others have said these are highly comparable to the Megamax, and is the reason I ordered them.If you have to wear during the day, be aware that these are not very discreet. They are thick and swell even more once they are wet. They are also plastic backed, so if you are moving around, they will be crinkly. These are both qualities that make them great for overnight use though.Pink would not be my first choice, but it was the only color I could get same day as I ran out of my Megamax before I got my usual monthly order. For those that do like pink, I would say the color does look good if that is important to you. I would like to see more color options like black or maybe red because if I have to wear a diaper to bed I may as well like how they look. There is also no branding on the diaper at all, which I do like.Overall, I think these are great and would definitely order them again (preferably not pink though lol).

These are great!! As someone with urinary incontinence issues who prefers to use 'premium' diapers, it was getting hard to afford the supplies I need with other brands raising their prices due to recent events but even before s&s or other discounts these are an amazing price. These are definitely most comparable to a Megamax, similar sizing but I think a different plastic material is used on the outside (I like how this one feels better). I also like the lack of a logo plastered all over the wings, and the landing zone for the tapes covers a good amount of area. The strength of the adhesive is pretty good, but maybe too good sometimes since I've had holes rip when untaping some. When dry the thickness isn't noticable under clothes, but since these can hold a decent amount of liquid they do swell up a lot.

I bought these to try out. It's a very cute pink! The absorbancy is unlike any diaper I've tried before. I really wanted to put it through the ringer, so I wore one for 20 hours, and it just leaked. Amazing quality and super soft! I like that it's not strongly scented.

These are VERY thick. Very heavy plastic feel as well. Made my Mom sweat. If all you need is heavy absorbancy - great. But not very comfortable.
