These are exactly what I was looking for. They’re extremely soft, stays cool for along time, and very adjustable. I’m so happy with my purchase because I have been using ice packs with uncomfortable sharp plastic edges that also did not conform to my eye area. These give very good coverage and conforms nicely. I also love that it came in a two pack so I can switch off.

I really enjoy this sleeping mask, definitely better than any other sleeping mask you can purchase in store however I purchased this mask about 3 and a half months ago and noticed now I can see through by my nose and I have had to adjust it in the back a few times. I knew there would be expected wear and tear but I've been adjusting for a while considering the short 3.5 months I've had it. For the most part since I work swing shift and I sleep through the morning hours, this mask is dark enough to help me sleep even in direct sunlight. Thanks!

Thanks to my satanic neighbor who refuses to use curtains and lights up his bedroom like the top of the Chrysler Building, I found myself in the market for an eye mask. I bought this one based on the good reviews. Once I had worn it for a few weeks, I got to really like it.Pros* super soft, feather light, comfortable* blocks all outside light* adjustable strapCons* the strap buckle is on the back, which can really snag long and or curly hair* the mask lays flat on your face (no ocular pockets) which can take some getting used to* it can be too warm in the summer months ( I switch to the cheap airline ones in the summer)I can't imagine sleeping without it now.

There's a bit of a trade-off between comfort and effectiveness some nights: Getting the mask tight enough to block light is sometimes too tight, but loosen it and it slides around. And sometimes it just slips around on its own, even when I think it's tight enough. Still, I prefer the adjustable slider (sort of like what's on a bra strap) to snaps or whatever. And this the second of these I've purchased--to have a spare with my travel supplies--so I must be happy with it. And it is very very soft and silky.

I accidentally froze instead of refrigerated the inserts. The customer service is great and they replaced my masks! I absolutely love them!

My wife has chronic corneal abrasion syndrome, and this leads to very painful without the addition of eye gel, and the use of the sleep mask help keep her not blink these out during sleep. This mask has been excellent as there is not velcro strap to get caught in her hair, and the eye covers is very soft and nonirritating. She had a plain black one, but I wanted to get her something more feminine and cute. These have been extremely helpful in preventing her from having flares of the condition. The mask stands up very well to regular washing, and so far has been very durable.
