Q: This pillow looks very full，is it soft or hard?

Not hard, it's soft, fluffy but with support. I think it is a nice pillow for people who like firm pillows. I like a firm pillow that can support my back.

Q: Do these pillows feel lumpy because of the shredded memory foam?

These pillows are not lumpy. I have other shredded memory foam pillows that are decidedly lumpy - but these are very firm and do not look lumpy in a pillowcase. These are currently my favorite pillows. I am a side sleeper.

Q: Does this pillow go flat after a while?

I have had these pillows for just 2 weeks. No sign of it going flat. Still firm.

Q: Is there some kind of chemical, plastic smell on the pillows?
