As expected from Gordon Ramsay, the recipes in this book are delicious. And even though they are delicious, they are also easy to prepare, with relatively easy to procure ingredients. Great pictures for inspiration. And he also provides great little tips to help make the dishes even better. Can't wait to continue cooking my way through this book and when is he coming out with another???

Great Recipes
Very good cookbook. Lots of thoughtfully designed recipes, with calorie and macro counts per serving. Not helpful for anyone doing a whole 30 regimen, as there is a strong focus on products using soy, beans, or legumes.

Change your bad eating habits for good
Amazing, healthy recipes that make eating healthy tasty. This is well worth the money if you are serious about changing your eating habits. Book also dives into the science of food and living a healthy lifestyle. Gordon is a God!

To those who are frustrated by the weird ingredients
If you would simply look up those "weird ingredients" on the internet, you'd see that sometimes he's just using a fancy name for a normal ingredient (ie courgette = summer squash) OR you can easily find a substitute for it. I haven't had any issues with his recipes and they are all delicious! Forces you to try new things and I have become a better cook.

Poor Packaging
Original bough the book as a gift and ended up keeping it because the edges of the book where bent from packaging and some corners are ripped. Overall a good book and excellent tool for healthy eating choices. Love Gordon’s books!

Wonderful, Easy Recipes
These recipes are both simple and delicious. My husband was skeptical when I bought this, but he has been thoroughly enjoying reaping the rewards of my quest to cook more healthily. Highly recommended!

This book is great. It's very well designed and easy to navigate. It is visually beautiful, I commend the designer. The content is, as expected, incredible. Great information and recipes. I would definitely recommend purchasing this cookbook.

I bought this book as I have been recommended to fix my food habits because of an health issue - mostly I needed to loose some kilos and improve the overall quantity of vegs and fibers, in place of fats. I really didn't like the idea of going on strict diet, I'm a person who likes to cook and enjoy tasty food; this cookbook has been a relevant part of the solution. I discovered another way of preparing food, keeping everything about taste and reducing the bad components of many recipes. It worked, so far. I lost weight easily, without too much sacrifice. Aside, I'm building a new way of challenging everyday cooking needs, which is extremely healthy. Thanks!

Lots of good recipes here. I like how the book is split into sections based on what your fitness and body goals are. There's lots of extra information about food, fitness and wellbeing too. The food photos are really appealing!

Omg the best recipe book for those who love to relish healthy delicious food which can be made with beautiful fresh ingredients and be prepared so fast in the modern everyday kitchen 😍😍 I absolutely recommend this one !!!

Our new favourite is Cauliflower Based Pizzas! I didn't even know you could make a pizza base from a vegetable. Made 6 of these recipes so far and all were instant hits in the house. Quick to prepare which was ideal for me with 2 kids under 5. Both kids and picky hubby love the dishes. We have tried: - Tropical Chia Seed Pudding - Courgette Spaghetti and Meatballs - Chicken Tray Bake - Veggies Samousa - Guinea Fowl Hot Pot - Raw Choco Treats - omg! Yummy! And i don't typically like dates! Always liked Ramsay and never bothered with cookbooks. Bought this to get us back on track and teach our kids more about eating healthy. We ate pretty well but this has elevated it that extra notch in nutritional value.
