This may work for you also.
Am a first time user of 3D printer (Anet A8) and used this product before trying to print anything before. Have printed 3 things so far and am pleased with this product. But the wood filament did give me a difficult time with removing the item intact, but it cleaned off build surface good. Also note that I had the bed heated to 60C for all 3 prints.Edit July 6, 2018, I wanted to check something and looked for the package with 2nd sheet and discovered that it was damaged, a chunk out of the center of it( rough looking 1" diameter) and did not see the missing piece in the package, so will assume that it was a damage sheet from the beginning. Shame on me for NOT inspecting both sheets. So I will probably not buy this again when the good sheet wears out. Also recently tried using ABS filament and I did not have an issue with it sticking to sheet.

PLA barely sticks to this build plate. Forget about ABS. On a positive note this build surface removes with zero residue.
I bought this wanting to love it. I needed to print ABS and had a very difficult time printing on this build surface. I had to resort to glue stick and or hairspray which kind of defeated the purpose of getting this build surface. In order to use it I had to set the Z height very low which left indentations on the build surface. I basically gave up on ABS and went back to using PLA. Even PLA had a hard time sticking to this plate. I've had much better luck using painters tape. I've seen some reviews where people raved about this build surface. Great if it works for you. Unfortunately it did not work for me. The only good thing that I can say about this is that it came off the heated plate with ZERO residue. Sadly, I am returning this.

Finally, a build surface that works.
Finally!I have been using tape with great success (not the blue stuff, but the orange one from Rust-Oleum). Being tired of the tape cleanup after every part removal, I decided to try multiple use build surfaces. I've tried several build surfaces based on high Amazon reviews and the results were pretty mixed til I tried the Mamorubot build surface. Perfect since the first use, and no more wasting filament. I'm using it on glass mostly for PLA. It's just easier to take the glass with build surface and remove the part without stressing the mechanics of the 3D Printer. The trick is to start out with a heat-bed temp of 70c or 80c on the first layer. Increasing the flow on first layer doesn't work for me, instead I increase the layer height by 50%. I almost gave it four stars because the pieces I received had a kink in them probably from poor handling (not poor packaging). The kinks are noticeable and bother me but they still work. It's meeting my needs, and I highly recommend it.

They were great and then.........
I have used these for 6 months and never had a problem until now. I have printed ABS, PLA and Nylon onto these sheets and they have always stuck very well. I ordered new ones because the others were too worn. Well, the new ones have a problem sticking to the heatbed. I tried printing an ABS part with the bed at 100c and the whole sheet detached from the heat bed. I cleaned the aluminum and used the second sheet and tried printing again. Same result. I wanted to give a great review after 6 months, but I can't. They have great part adhesion, sometimes too well but with the new problem, I cannot recommend them.

Not easy at all to remove from a bed
Not easy at all to remove from a bed. The picture makes it look like this can be removed with the print on it easily and then bent for easy print removal. This is simply misleading. This is more like a piece of plastic with strong tape on the bottom. This tape also comes off the plastic and sticks to the bed. It takes great effort to remove from the bed in the first place, let alone without the adhesive tape coming off. The pictures make it look like it’s made out of some flexible silicone something.

work too well. wouldn't recommend but I also wouldn't tell you to stay away...
these work. unfortunately they work so well that every part I've printed on them is stuck down so well either the part gets damaged taking it off the bed or this surface gets damaged. I went through both of these surfaces in about 2 weeks before they were dented, dinged, scratched and ripped too much to keep using. on the plus side there was absolutely NO residue left on the build plate after removing them.

Works great, easy to use, at a good price!
Amazing product. Not sure if this is PEI but it works better than other PEI products I have tried. Just raised the nozzle a hair bit higher and the print was very easy to remove. Works as good as the glass and glues mixures I use except no prep time needed. Just wipe and go again. Have yet to try ABS but I believe it will work fine.

Fantastic bed adhesion.
I was having a hard time with prints sticking to the bed. Especially ABS! Prints adhere EVERY time now. I am very happy with this purchase!I will say, for those having issues with it sticking too well, try adjusting your Z height more accurately. With how well this is allowing the print to stay on the bed you can adjust for less filament squish. Also, try allowing the part to cool before removing.
