My maintenance guy uses these to polish our floor. I think I bought 2 sets of these and have not have to purchase anymore. Out building is over 18,000 square feet. The black pads are a different story. He uses those up like crazy. I had to order many of those. The black pads don't seem to hold up as good as the white pad. The white pad are for buffing and the black pad are for stripping. I still think the black stripping pad should be build to last longer.
