DMX Wireless, CHINLY 8pcs 2.4G DMX 512 1 Male Transmitter & 7 Female Receivers Short version for Stage PAR Party Light

Bought these for a lighting Install at a Client's Club. The club originally had 1 single daisy chain going from the DJ booth to 3 different trusses mounted to the ceiling. I have done enough installs to not trust long DMX chains. Buy using these I was able to install the transmitter in the booth and 1 receiver in each of the 3 trusses. This helps with signal loss from long DMX chains, and in the rare instance that you get a bad connection, or a figure defaults into master mode broadcasting its own DMX signals through the chain, It will only affect the surrounding lights in that group and not the entire light show. Signal is strong, and works well. No issue with interference from other 2.4Ghz devices. Solid Choice to simplify your lighting installs, and not have to run long DMX cables to cover large rooms.

Theses aren't the battery powered ones. You have a power cord for each receiver that must be plugged in.

Very good and easy to Connect

The picture on the listing shows a light can with the light power socket on the top and the DMX socket at the bottom. If your fixture is like this OR if the power socket is on the RIGHTSIDE of the DMX socket - then this might work for you. In my case - the light power socket was to the LEFT of the DMX socket. This DMX receiver needs its own power supply that plugs to the left of the receiver. Once you plug that , I was not able to connect the light power socket to the fixture. its one or the other.
