A Decent Keto Brownie!
First, this is one of many Scotty's products I have tried. It is very clear whoever is behind this initiative knows what they are doing. This is the best keto brownie mix I have tried. I have celiac and avoid sugar as much as possible, so I eat a lot of keto things as they are naturally gluten free and low sugar.The mix is very easy and comes together nicely - I did not use a paddle attachment, or a mixer - just a bowl and a spatula. I buttered the 8x8 pan but next time I might try lining with parchment paper instead.Hot tip: once in the oven, watch these closely. In my oven, it was 15 min til done (not 30).The brownies taste better cooled. At first I tried warm and I mostly tasted the sweetener. Once they cooled, the taste is much richer - they are not very sweet, but have a deep chocolate flavor. I used a smear of peanut butter and a small scoop of Breyer's carb smart ice cream and the result was fantastic. The consistency is definitely cakey vs. fudgy.This mix is a great option if you're trying to maintain a low carb diet and want a sweet treat. Bon appetit!

Great brownies!
These brownies are soft and tasty. I love that the brownies are sweetened with allulose. I have Diabetes Type 2. Many of the other artificial sweeteners raise my blood sugar.

Good but can cause GI issues
This is a cake brownie-light and fluffy, not dense. It is mildly sweet with a good chocolate flavor. If your body can tolerate the ingredients, then give them a try. Unfortunately, one brownie caused severe GI issues for me and mild GI issues for my daughter. I had to toss the rest of the pan.

Terrible
I don't often leave reviews, but these were so awful (and expensive), I had to. The texture was dreadful and they are absolutely tasteless. I followed directions and even tried pairing it with ice cream, but no. I will never purchase them again nor would I recommend.
