The ruler is a very good quality ruler. It stands up vertically just fine when leaning against the wall, meaning it's not thin at all but still flexible. The markings are exact and very clear.

Metric on one side and Imperial units on other side etched on Stainless Steel. The metal is not rigid and bends, but with care should last a long time.

Great to have a ruler that is larger than 36". But thin for cutting against, so be careful.

Perfect for leather crafting. Used to cut straight lines in leather. That’s why I got metal.

Used this ruler to measure/cut a lumber around 40 inches long but the lumber did not match the frame. Re-measured it with a tape measure and realized there’s a ~ 1/8 inch difference. Figured that this ruler is not accurate after investigations. Compared it with other 3 measurement tools and this product is shorter by 1/8 inch every 40. The other 3 tools match to themselves. It’s noted that the imperial side is not accurate whereas the mm/cm side looks good - which means its mm/cm side does not match its own inch/foot side. Measurement tools are important for every project. This might have impacted many customers. The manufacturer please note this.
