Es perfecta en todo sentido, no te aprieta demasiado como para no respirar, es suave el material no se siente tajante contra la piel, no se marca bajo la ropa, apenas me la probé aún no la uso en el gym pero hoy veré que tal . Pero definitivamente es una compra que vale totalmente la pena, solo fíjate bien en las tallas porque si corre un poco pequeña pero no es tanto.No te arrepentirás!!!

Its a decent waist trainer to start off with. Its been helping mostly with my posture. I wear it for about 8-10 hours a day and sometimes don’t really feel it. I will say once I take it off I do feel a little sore in the areas where the bars are. I wish they had smaller sizes as I think I smaller size would really help with both waist training and my posture.

Legit the best faja/waist trainer I’ve bought. Lots of others do not include the extra layer to zip and give a seamless look like this. Also gives the girls a real nice lift!

Inconsistent sizing. I read reviews that showed many were returned due to being too small. I checked the waist size on the product information before ordering. I ordered on beige in size large, it fit beautifully, so I ordered 2 more of the same size. Received the 2 new ones all of them were labeled size large but the second 2 I ordered were way too small. Had to ship back and order the XL. Once they come in I will update my review with how they fit.

I just got this waist trainer to replace my other one (different brand and style) that’s now to big. I was hopeful for this one.But I’m disappointed, it’s very thin, the clasp section is too short, so if I were to pull it up where I want it (under my boobs and all the way down under my belly) to cover fully, there’s always a section of skin the bulges out, not flattering.The “bars” in the back of the waist trainer are the worst, especially since the fabric they used is super thin there’s nothing really holding the waist trainer together. My back has a natural curve to it when I stand my back leans backwards more, so the bars are bending, and pushing into my back. And no matter what I did to soften the areas it was just so painful and had to take the waist trainer off after trying to bare it for a couple hours.In a picture I posted with this review, you can see where I’m standing sideways with the trainer fully on, and in the middle of my back you can see where it’s pushing in.I got a size large and it was almost impossible to get it on, I had to lay down on my back to put it on. SUPER TIGHT FIT (but I also sized down by one, to get the super tight fit). So I liked that part.I will be returning this trainer and finding something more suitable and comfortable.

Absolutely love it aside from the fact I thought it was a taller version but I may have misread. It’s much like many I’ve had. There’s value here. And the Zip up is a great addition. I love the way it holds me and supports my back. Thanks!
