Gorgeous and works perfectly!
Love!! My husband installed it in my new apothecary and it's perfect! It really gives the vibe I was looking for, and I've easily been up and down the thing a thousand times. Very happy!

Robust structure
Though the ladder, per se, has no yet been built, the hardware (which was the totality of the sale) looks great. Carton was superbly packed and sealed. I especially like to sliding upper mounts, which allow storing ladder against library cases.

Seems okay
Delivery package was damaged and the extension connecting piece was missing. Tried to hop online and order one but can’t find it anywhere. Still building the ladder currently.
