Easy cutting (right stiffness for my almost-3-yr-old), blades just right sharpness (cut paper beautifully, but not skin.) Good fit for my left-handed grandkid. Wonderful product for beginner, look to be usable for several years. Very happy with product quality, ordered two more packages!

These are cute colors, love the blade case, and obviously the fact that they are good for my lefty daughter. I did notice that compared to our other children’s scissors (one being a righty pair and the other claiming to be either/or) these are more difficult to open and close when cutting. They are less smooth. My daughter is only 5 so her cutting is somewhat choppy regardless, but for someone capable of cutting continuously there is definitely less of a glide than with the other types we have. Not significant, or a huge deal, but just something I noted. I think for our purpose of sending her with comfortable lefty scissors to kindergarten they are a good option. I didn’t want to buy super expensive ones and risk having them get lost in the classroom. So I think they were a good option overall at this price point.

I have several left handed students and these scissors are far superior to the cheaper single sold scissors. Made a huge difference in the left handed students ability to cut accurately. Highly recommend if your student (or child) is struggling with the cheaper lefty scissors.
