Great product but....
Taste and quality are excellent. The tiny size container is the only issue I have with this product. Needs to be at least 5 times the size.

Mushy ginger yuck! 🤮
This product is discussing. Flavor is not great and it was mushy as if it was cooked before pickling. I do not recommend this product.

Luv this pickled ginger.
Very tasty pickled ginger. Goes well with sushi and sashimi or even as a small side to oriental dishes. Cleans your palette well.

Spicy
A bit spicier than what I am used to but a much better deal. It comes in plastic containers which I don't like because it will end up in the landfill. Make it glass please - we KEEP glass products!

Liked the taste but not the texture.
While this ginger was very tasty, I was disappointed that it was rather mushy instead of crisp as I expected.

Slimy, lacks ginger flavor
I'm sadly in the not-for-me camp on this one. Doesn't taste like any sushi ginger I've had before, and I am the ask for extra ginger type. Very spicy but lacks ginger flavor, and the thicker slices have an unpleasant slimy feel. Not sure what I will do with this, but joyfully eating it is not on the list.
