It restarted on its own, but unfortunately, it forgot the step it was on and started the recipe from the beginning. This caused some confusion, and I had to modify the recipe to complete the dish. App and Device Speed: The app is noticeably slow, even with a high-speed internet connection, and this sluggishness is also reflected on the appliance's tab. This is an area that could definitely use improvement. Food Charring Issue: During the sautéing process, I noticed that food tends to collect below the blade where there’s too much clearance, causing it to char and making cleanup difficult. A design modification or a new blade would be a welcome solution to this problem. Software Update Confusion: While I learned about a software update from a user group, I found it unclear how to initiate the update on the device. Clearer instructions would be appreciated. Conclusion: Despite these few drawbacks, this kitchen AI cooking appliance is a fantastic addition to any kitchen. We used this smart cooking companion to make prawn biryani, and honestly, the result was amazing. The taste, aroma, and texture came out really well. What I liked most is how easy it made the whole process — no guessing ingredients, no measuring, no standing and mixing continuously. It’s great for everyday use too. I can use it for making gravies, cooking rice etc. it’s perfect for trying special dishes without spending too much effort in the kitchen. Overall, it really helps with independent cooking and makes kitchen work much easier. Totally worth it.

This product is definitely not suited if you are thinking about cooking for 3-4 people. The max temp of the jar reaches till 100-105 degree, which is not adequate for cooking for 3-4 people. Most of the dishes specially sabzi will turn out watery or else the blades will make keema of soft vegetables like cauliflower. Cooking meat dishes in this is a health hazard as the cooking temp inside meat ( I tried checked) does not reach what is required. I checked with food thermometer multiple times. This can not replace your traditional appliances atleast for now. Most thinks will turn out uncooked watery or soggy, also it is not very convenient as the jar does not have the handle and while washing, you will feel the need. Yes it has rinse function but that does not do the full job and you will see lot of charring. If you are purchasing it, please don't keep your expectations high. For me it was not worth it.

Satisfied with the product. This is a smart cooking assistant which helps anyone who knows or doesn't know cooking, in preparing a variety of delicious food. Pros: 1. Chat chef AI- is the stand out feature of the product. It instantly creates any recipe of our choice along with cooking instructions. 2. Easy to clean with in built rinse mode 3. Highly customisable - user can set preference like vegetarian, vegan etc. Further even if the instruction are pre-set user can modify the instructions. 4. Safe - the coming starts only after it confirmed proper fitting of cooking vessel. 5. Automation - cooking becomes a passive experience with the automatic instructions of stirring, chopping, blending, duration etc. Cons: 1. The touch screen is very slow and dull. They should improve the quality of touch screen and efficiency of the processor. 2. There is no app for monitoring the cooking process or giving instruction from distant place.
