Item was nicely boxed and as described. Documentation was fairly clear. I removed from packaging and placed the buds in the charger for the initial charge. A couple hours later I tried them out. I was able to successfully pair and test them with all my devices: Samsung smart TV, Samsung table and Samsung phone. They worked fine for a couple hours, then received "Low Power. Please charge" verbal warning. I placed them in the charger, and tried using them later. Again, "Low power" warning. After a few attempts, it appeared the left ear bud wouldn't charge. The following morning I ran my finger across the contacts inside the charging box and revealed a thin plastic strip covering the contacts. Once I removed the strip the buds charged in about 30 minutes and all was well.Make sure to remove this plastic strip when unboxing the item. Was impossible to see it! So far I love the ear buds. My first bluetooth ear buds. So far so good. Will update if problems occur later.

After reading all the positive reviews for this product, I decided to purchase it. Unfortunately my experience has not been comparable to those of most reviewers and I am returning it.The right earbud stopped working after one use. Touching the "touchscreen" produces no results (yes, I took the plastic covering off). It's possible the device does not hold a charge for more than a few seconds. The blue light is on when I remove it from the charging box after a lengthy charge, and it still doesn't respond in any way to a touch. The left seems to work fine. Additionally, I have to turn the volume all the way up on my phone to get an average volume level on the earbud that works.Adding to what other reviewers have said, the instructions are poorly written and somewhat confusing. And keep in mind that even when working, the charge doesn't hold for very long, so if the idea is to listen to music or a movie on a long flight, this isn't the product for that.The only positive is that these earbuds are relatively inexpensive, but since they don't work, it doesn't matter what they cost.

I've had them for a year and 8 months . Great for walks and workouts. I get about 3 to 3 1/2 hours per charge. I like that you can use them independently but only one has the microphone (I may be doing something wrong). You can recharge your earbuds from the case. 4 Lights (25% per light dot). Perfect fit even for my medium sized ears. Great sound quality on calls and music. I watch Netflix, Hulu, Youtube videos, and play my games on my phone while using them a lot. Definitely sweat proof and water resistant. A solid buy. I will say this, once you got these in ear someone can shot a gun and you won't hear it because the noise cancelling is amazing. You only hear music and everything else you won't hear it. That is a good thing. One ear finally broke after once or twice a month use this year 2019. Good headphones but I will spring for better ones. I have used them in 7 months and now the right ear will not turn on at all.

Love these headphones, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because (and I've tried about 3 or 4 different brands) they don't fit in my ear all that well and I don't have small ears. I've tried every size of the covers provided and it doesn't seem to make a difference. They tend to fall out very easily when bending over, I try to always be wearing a hoodie to hold them in place or catch them if they fall out. I do have one from another brand, it's not touch sensitive and I can't skip songs, so I don't prefer it, but at least it doesn't fall out. I'm not really certain if they're too large or too small, just that they don't stay in place, but a friend with small ears couldn't get them to stay in either, so I'm inclined to suggest that it's that they are large.

These headphones are amazing. Like others have said I wasn't expecting much sound quality for the price but the sound is very good with excellent highs and mids and surprisingly good bass. The packaging is excellent and I love the carrying/charging case just a genius idea. For the price these can't be beat. There is a lot of same kind of headphones out there just under a different name and seller. Not sure if they are the same quality but if you're reading this review go with these and not the ones with a ton of fake positive reviews

Pairing was easy. just follow the direction fully.Sound is great. I have small ears and the smaller silicon is bit big but it makes a great seal for a great sound. They did not take long to charge the first time (about 15 min). There is a magnetic pull when you place the earbuds back in their charging case so you know they are ready to charge.I haven't tried them for a full charge yet so I'm not sure how long they last. TBD.You can either use one or both sides. When running, I would use only one side to remain aware of my environment.

Couple bad and a couple good things.First the good, these things are the perfect size for me. Just big enough to seem stable and small enough to be unnoticable. They fit great and don't move on the treadmill or gymSecond the case is great, it holds 3 or 4 charges and is fine for there or four days in my car between charges.The bad. They are much quieter than other headphone that I have used. Even turned all the way up they do not blast. I can barely make out podcasts when on an airplane.Second bad, the Bluetooth for phone calls is just straight up unusable, my wife says that it is like a broken conversation and is even worse if there is any loud background noise.I still use them almost everyday mainly because I already paid for them and they work ok at the gym. However I would not purchase these again.I am using a pixel 2 Xl.
