Great taste and keeps me asleep for at least 7 hrs. Within 30 min i am out cold. I have chronic insomnia and high med tolerance so i had to share how great these gummies are for people like me.

I take these daily and like the flavor. I don't like swallowing pills, so these gummies help me stay consistent. I follow Dr. Amen on Instagram who has also written several books. He recommends a Saffron vitamin for anxiety and depression. Hope this was helpful!

To me, a gummy should taste good. I take enough supplements that having some in gummy form makes it much easier to ingest them all. These weren't bad, but not good enough to want to buy them again.

I start taking this product recently, and I think it is working properly, calming down stress and sleeping better.
