My cats love this water fountain and been drinking more water. Very easy to clean, dismantle and put together again. Great design, good size and value for money. I thought I purchased the one with the l.e.d. light that indicates when water is running low, but my bad. Nonetheless, very happy customer.

We have had this fountain for a while & are very pleased with it. Far quieter than our old fountain & easier to clean. The footprint is very small & you can tell at a glance from a distance if it needs topping up especially in warmer weather. Definitely recommend

I have been using this brand of water fountain for at least 2.5 years. Previously, I ordered the plastic water tray version and had to replace it after 2 years due to the limescale buildup, which was impossible to clean (a UK-wide water issue, I think). The plastic version didn’t have any water leakage issues. However, when I ordered this steel tray version, water started leaking. It’s not too much—just a puddle of water around the fountain—which can be cleared up with a sheet or two of kitchen towel. I think I’ll continue to use this fountain until it breaks. Then I may consider buying the wireless version, but that version is slightly more expensive, so we shall see. Apart from the leakage issue, it’s overall an excellent fountain. I don’t hear any noise, there are no light issues, the cats love it, it’s easy to clean, and the filters are relatively cheap to buy in bulk on Amazon. It’s a good budget fountain, and it looks good too. There is virtually no setup required—you simply remove the wrappers from each part, fill the water to its recommended level (indicated on the side), plug the USB cable into the socket, and then off you go. It’s easy to set up.

Easy to set up, very quiet and my cat likes drinking from it. very happy with my purchase. The only thing (and it is a small thing) is that when cleaning it the cable is attached to the pump that sits inside the unit. The means that the cable that attaches to the the plug can not be removed from the unit when cleaning - and its all intertwined with the fittings. mMakes cleaning a tad more awkward than it needs to be. But overall this is a very well priced unit that does what it says it does and its so quiet all you can hear is the slight sound of tricking water,

I got the fountain about two weeks ago. It was very easy to setup and functions very well for an affordable price. Comes with four filters, which I have not yet replaced. My cat likes to drink from the bowl but I noticed that he had not been drinking as much water as before so decided to find a water fountain. I already have an automated food dispenser from Petlibro that I love so I went with their fountain. Since I wasn’t sure whether my cat would drink from a fountain, I went with their cheapest one. And for such an affordable price it function very well. I set it up far from the other water bowl for my cat. He did not start drinking from it until I removed all his water bowl and guided him to the fountain when he was looking for water. But now he loves it. He drinks from it a lot more than the bowls now. Very happy with it so far. No splashes and there is a sound for water flow, none for the pump. I find the water sound soothing so it doesn’t bother me.

Works well and easy to clean, although, you have to change the filer more often than other products but one of the better ones I have ever owned! Filters are also not expensive.

Initially was so pleased and the cats loved it but just stopped working one day and it’s completely dead even after troubleshooting. So disappointing, it’s not cheap.

I loved this water fountain at the beginning, very silent and my cat immediately drank from it so all good. However, a few days later (literally just a few days) the pressure of the water dropped and now its quite noisy, you can hear the water dropping clearly. No matter how much I fiddle with the joints and try to rearrange everything, the pressure has never been the same. Not sure if its the pump or the device itself. I would not buy it again if this is normal....but as I said I was very happy with it the first few daysm
