KOI Men's Big Tall James Elastic Scrub Pants with Zip Fly and Drawstring Waist, Steel, Small

I wasn't expecting them to be so good. The material is comfy, the seams are sturdy, the rise goes just barely above the hips, not all the way up to the normal waistline, which is awesome. I love the drawstring...easy to cinch down when you have your pockets loaded.

These pants are great, well made but unlike the made in China, where a size 6x is only an XL in north america size. Theses pants are a little large or the same as American sizes.

I got a Large-Tall and they fit perfectly. I usually like a looser fit around the waist but with that said they do fit and aren't tight. I just ordered 2 more pair in an X-Large Tall for the looser fit around the waist. Koi are my all-time favorite now. I order mens because womens will never fit me in the length. I'm 6 foot and all legs.The X-Large tall are bigger in the waist than i expected but tightening the drawstring fixed it. The legs seemed longer but maybe that was because they were looser. Either way I prefer the Large Tall for the fit but also prefer the X-Large Tall for those days I want loose fitting scrubs.
