Drink plenty of water!!!
Best taken once in a while for detoxifying the body. Drink plenty of water when using. You may notice slight constipation the day after! This usually goes within a day or two . I've also noticed that as this is very drying and soaks up the body's minerals as well as water, you may feel a little weird and agitated while you wait to eat your next meal.Also very good for counteracting overdoses on medications, and supplements.

Nothing wrong with the Activated Charcoal.My medical condition won't allow me to use this, as it was through a recommendation, I didn't really pay too much attention to its uses until after I received it, therefore unfortunately through no fault of their own I have to return it.

This arrived promptly and was well packaged. A strong re-sealable polythene pouch is more environmentally friendly than a bucket and as I already have several buckets I can refill them.
