I bought 7 of these for our bathrooms at work. I have had these out for only about a month and people have only been in our new building for 2 weeks. In the bathrooms used most often, the top part has broken off and in the bathrooms not used very often, there is rust forming around the opening. Very disappointed in the quality of these.

The jar might be made in the United States but the pump mechanism was made in China and it is a piece of crap. Not only does the metal lid rust, but the pump part completely came off the top of the jar lid!! My husband was looking at it and saying it wasn’t even attached properly to the top of the lid!! Absolutely ridiculous. What a waste of money. I received it less than a year ago! Really quite amazing that stuff like this can be sold.

Do not buy this. It is over priced junk. The pump mechanism is not built very well. It is very thin metal and is very loose with no way to tighten it. It barely squirts out any soap and after only 1 month of using it, the cover has started to rust. After I purchased this, I saw an identical soap dispenser at TJ Maxx for only $3.99. I would not feel so ripped off on the quality had I only paid $3.99 for this soap dispenser. The quality definitely does not match the price. Buyer Beware.

Excellent product! Exactly what i was looking for to help decorate my home in a fashionable and functional manner. These dispensers are of wonderful USA quality. Shipping was fast and the product is exactly as described.

I have to say I live the mason jar decor. However, I don’t like the lids and pump. The pump didn’t last one push. It fell inside. I had another one like it from somewhere else. It did the same thing. I know it was bought off Amazon. They seller told me that is where she got it. I have ordered replacement lids and pumps. I haven’t taken time to put those on. I’m going to have someone else put it together. Sounds like a simple fix, until you have to do it. Then again it could be me. Lol

I read the reviews that say the dispenser is rusting and I am surprised. I just logged in to buy a couple more from my bathrooms when I noticed those reviews. I've had mine in the kitchen at the sink and after about 18 months I'm not seeing any rust or degradation. Don't know why others are experiencing this problem but I have absolutely no complaints. I like that I'm not buying plastic ones over and over and it is super cute. I'm going to buy 2 more for my bathrooms.

I bought this to use with hand soap at my kitchen sink. I had hoped with the stainless lid that it would not rust, however, it has unfortunately started to rust. I would still repurchase as the amount of soap it holds is good, the pump works well, and it looks really cute on my crystal tray that holds it as well as dish soap and nail brush.

Absoultely love my soap dispenser looks great in the bathroom with a country vibe.
