This is a fantastic fry/saute pan. Very light weight, heats quickly and super easy to clean - rinse and wipe out. You can use soap if you've made something in it that leaves a residue (like taco meat) but then it needs to be seasoned again. Great non-stick, even when frying. The silicone temp gauge is pretty handy too. For the price this is one of the best pans I've owned.

I’ve had this pan several months. Seasoned as directions. Low to medium heat as instructions. It shows no wear. Cooks perfectly. Never anything sticks. Follow their rules you will love it. Browns well on medium. Sit back and enjoy

I love this skillet! I ordered some different size skillets and a pan set. Vinchef isa great brand!

The screw fell out of the handle attached to the lid. The gasket is a tiny plastic ring that just broke out. We used the pan ever day since purchased in April. It’s a great pan. Except for this. 🤫

I’ve had so many disappointments with skillets so I waited 5 months to review. LOVE this pan. I have a glass top electric stove so having a lightweight pan is important. By now other “non-stick” pans have already started showing wear and have started sticking. This is the main pan that we use for everything from eggs to dinner meals and it is still just like new. I’m very impressed. I really like the indicator that shows when the pan is ready to cook in.

This skillet is ok for frying. That’s about all the lid can be used for is keeping the oil from splattering. If you like to keep moisture in or like wilting greens this is not a skillet for you. Since it has the pour spouts all the steam and moisture go right out those pour spouts. Other than that seems to an ok frying skillet
