This toothpaste cleared out 5 small 50 yr. old cavities from childhood, they are simply gone!
This is an incredible toothpaste, the most noticeable result is that I had 5 pin head sized cavities from early childhood, and they are miraculously totally gone. The one cavity was actually the size of 2/3 pin heads and had recently increased in size. I am amazed the cavities were with me for around 50 years...but no more, how is this possible I do not know. I routinely check my teeth, roof of mouth, tongue and gums so I am totally aware of this change. I had only used the paste for a few weeks it had a pleasant taste, scent and thickness and it also removed old dingy sealant that I no longer needed on my molars that was used as an early precaution only. I could not be happier...this is so great! I can't wait for my dentist who said that the tooth with the larger cavity in it and dingy sealer needed a filling to actually see lol that that cavity is no longer with me. I am also glad that the older sealer is fading since it turned an odd pinkish color and I am not so sure if I had tried to explain to the dentist what it actually was, she would have believed me. I actually had deep recesses in my back two molars, and a past dentist sealed them to prevent cavities since I already had the five small ones from childhood. I really like this toothpaste I had been using pronamel products, but this paste does things that line is not capable of. This paste cleared away old cavities, cleaned out old unhealthy-looking sealant, whitened teeth, improved gum health and guarded against sensitivity. I do try to live a clean life and have no concerns with the nano particles and feel the paste is made with natural products that are designed for oral care. The consumer has the choice really to spit out the excess and or rinse if they really feel compelled too, I believe you will still see results and have benefits from this paste. Thank you for a great product I did not even know I needed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very good
I really like this toothpaste! It’s gentle but still leaves my mouth feeling very clean and fresh. I have sensitive teeth, and this has made a noticeable difference — no irritation at all. I also like that it’s fluoride-free and uses nano hydroxyapatite, which feels like a healthier option. The flavor is refreshing without being too strong. Overall, it’s a great toothpaste that makes my teeth feel smooth and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Best Natural Toothpaste Ever—Gentle, Refreshing, and Truly Effective!
I’m absolutely in love with this Boka Nano Hydroxyapatite toothpaste! It’s a fluoride-free miracle in a tube—gentle yet powerful, especially for sensitive teeth. From day one, my enamel feels smoother, and sensitivity has pretty much disappeared—no more wincing with cold drinks. The formula naturally remineralizes without harsh chemicals, and even gives a subtle whitening boost that makes my smile noticeably brighter. The flavor options are delightful—Ela Mint is my go-to for a refreshing, minty clean that isn’t overpowering, and the Orange Cream? Just as smooth and comforting. My mouth feels clean, fresh, and invigorated after every brush. The tube lasts, and though it’s a bit pricier, the benefits make it totally worth the investment. Five stars, absolutely recommend!

Love this toothpaste!
So far, I am loving this toothpaste. The first thing I noticed was how clean it makes my mouth & teeth feel. Definitely cleaner & better than any other brand I’ve ever used. The consistency is not quite as thick as “chemical” toothpaste. It doesn’t foam up as much but it sure definitely cleans better! It’s a big tube for the money & it will last me a long time.I can’t say on the whiting part of this toothpaste yet, but I will update once more time has past.I definitely will purchase this again & I love the flavor I chose, (Ela Mint), as it’s a great mild mint taste.I’m loving it!

Not switching back
I really like this toothpaste! The flavor is refreshing but not overpowering, and it leaves my mouth feeling clean and smooth like I just left the dentist. I love that it’s fluoride-free and uses nano hydroxyapatite instead—it feels gentler but still effective. After using it consistently, my teeth feel less sensitive, and I feel better knowing it’s a safer option for everyday use. Definitely worth the switch!

Great Toothpaste; Don't be afraid of the Ela Mint flavor - it is really nice, not weird.
Very happy with this toothpaste. I am not trying to avoid fluoride but rather restore enamel so I bought this for the nano hydroxy apatite content, and I rotate it every other day with Crest Densify (made for enamel repair) which has stannous fluoride. I implemented this routine in March and my teeth have been less sensitive so I think it is working. The Ela Mint flavor is a little different than other mint toothpastes (contains peppermint, spearmint, wintergreen, and also some non-mint flavors like anise and cardamon). I was a little nervous about that because I hate wintergreen and thought the anise and cardamon sounded weird (plus, I also don't like licorice). The very first time I used it I thought the taste was slightly odd. (Not unpleasant, just odd - and I think that was just because it was a new flavor my palate wasn't yet familiar with.) But I have found that I actually really like it better than other toothpaste's mint flavor - it is a nice blend, I don't notice the wintergreen and can't really pick out the cardamon or anise, either, so they certainly do not overpower the mint. It is just a really nice, light, refreshing mint taste. Note that Boka's website says that you should just spit the toothpaste out when done brushing but *not* rinse your mouth. That way a little stays on your teeth to keep working. This is especially important when you use it at bedtime and also if you are trying to remineralize enamel like I am. The toothpaste doesn't "foam" like most other toothpastes, but I don't mind that, either. (Just something to be aware of if that matters to you.) Overall, I really like this toothpaste. If I did not feel like I needed stannous fluoride (which I get every-other day, from the other toothpaste) I would probably switch and use this exclusively.
