A Phenomenal Powerhouse: Powerful, Efficient, Compact, and Informative
This power pack is an absolute workhorse, efficiently powering over 20 feet of bright RGBIC LEDs along with various 5V 3-pin LED PC components. It runs all of that for a solid 4 hours on a full charge. If you're in the market for a compact yet robust battery pack, look no further. The on-screen diagnostics offer not just a battery life estimate but also a detailed readout on usage, remaining time, and more. Its compact form factor is the icing on the cake. I couldn't keep this find to myself; this battery pack more than earns its praise. It also has an incredible hand feel to it. Honestly, this is top notch. If you are looking for something great for powering up your devices / cosplay costumes... This battery bank is the best choice as far as I'm concerned. I highly recommend this. I will consider buying these for friends and family as gifts in the future.

Defective button, great customer support fixed it!!
UPDATE:- definitely had a defective product, the side button didn't work. Anker reached out and offered to replace it and they did promptly. I am late in updating my review but changed to 5 stars because it's hard to get good customer service like this. Now have a working unit and they made it as painless as possible which I really appreciate!ORIGINAL POST:Pressing the button has never activated the screen to show how much charge is left.Tried to get exchanged but haven’t been able to do so yet.Because of this issue I really can’t tell how well it works. Have had it for many months, seems okay but like I said, can’t really tell.

It often fails to charge.
I plug it in and it lights up, but when I come back to it I never know if it will be at 0 or 100%. It just irritated me enough to write this review. I went to Anker's site and tried to use their chat feature, but no one was available. It made me fill out a form to submit an email, but the next button wouldn't function, so it never sent. I wouldn't have bothered with a bad review if they would just take care of the problem. When the battery charges it works great. I use it with my Quest 3. But not today.

Tired of getting ripped off
Like anybody else, I'm tired of getting ripped off by these battery pack manufacturers. I seen another review that the battery pack says 5000MaH, which it does. But the product description says 10,000 because it's two 5,000 wired in series. I bought this brand name before, never had any issues, and so I took a chance. It does appear by size and weight to be 2x5000MaH. It is sealed, so it's not easy to open. I am going on a trip so I don't have time to open it.Just charged the power bank to 100% with a 5V 3A USB-C. Took a Pixel 7a at 25% and charged it to 100% in less than an hour. The power bank was at 50%.

Expected more from Anker
I had an Anker power bank since I was introduced to the brand 9 years ago.I needed a new one. In comparison to the 20k it’s not bulky and heavy but it’s a bit glitchy. To turn off you have to hold the side button. If you remove it from the charger or accidentally turn it on it might not connect to your phone right away and so it has be turned off first. Just all these little steps that are a little annoying.Otherwise it’s cute, compact, you get a good 3 charges for an iPhone. I kept it because I have an iPhone mini so it doesn’t eat up a lot of battery. For a commute, a day out and about, but don’t take it camping, you’ll need to recharge it overnight.

Excellent
Probably the best portable charger I've ever owned. I wish I got it in a color tho. Charges phone very quickly and can hold before having to charge

Grabage
I'm not fully convinced this is an Anker product because I've owned a lot of Anker products and have never had issues. This power bank is absolute garbage and might be a duplicate. It does not hold a charge for more than a few hours. Have to continuously keep charging it and defeats the purpose of having a power bank if it dies after less than a day of no usage. Don't buy it, stay away.Edit: worked with Anker customer service and they quickly sent me a new one. Looks like I got a defective product the first time. New one works great.

Mixed bag of issues and different colors have different input speeds
I have ordered multiple batteries (with no cable) and 50% of them have arrived not working correctly. They charge at just 1-5W and sometimes one of the USB-C inputs not working at all. So be sure to test them as soon as they arrive.I have the black color (no cable) that outputs 30W and has an input of 30W (20V, 1.5A) and it's excellent. I got a white one (no cable) and the specs are different. It only has the same 30W output but an input of only 18W (12V, 1.5A) which is bizarre. Looking at the specs on the actual batteries, they are different. So I just ordered another black one so I have the convenience of being able to recharge at 30W.Very disappointed with the constant ordering and returns. The quality is not great and the documentation of the devices is not accurate.
