Pickleball has gotten so popular that sometimes when there is a crowd inside the Gym we often have to sit and chat with others for 10-15 minutes which can sometimes cause stiffness in the lower back or legs. One of the other players told me and let me try his, which by the way he paid about $30 for, so after a quick search here on Amazon I found this similiar looking and functioning hard roller messager, and it works simply wonders...

This works great! I've been using it several times a week for a couple of months now. My only complaint is that my leg hairs get caught and pulled sometimes in between the plastic ring things. Also, there's a little bit of play in the handles, so you can actually pull them off the center rod if you pull hard enough. However, that shouldn't be an issue for most people. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

My physical therapist recommended this and it sure helps ease the muscles after a good work out.
