Bought this lamp as a Christmas gift in November. Unfortunately by the time it was assembled after Christmas we found it was faulty. By then it was also outside of the Amazon return window.Contacted the supplier's sales team via information on the product site. I received a response within 1 day and, after a few emails confirming specifics, a replacement was on its way the day after.Very impressed with the efficiency & helpfulness of their team. Excellent customer service with a quick resolution.The replacement product works perfectly and looks really cool, as advertised. Would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very smart floor lamp! It comes with an app that connects to your phone, which means you can bypass the remote it comes with such a brilliant feature. Assembly was quick and easy, and the lamp offers a huge collection of colours to choose from. The music feature is especially fun, as it syncs with any music or sound through the app.The only downside is that it’s not very bright, even when on full brightness, but aside from that it’s a brilliant lamp and a great addition to any room.The video makes it look much brighter than it is.

Bought as a sensory light, and fulfills the job perfectly. Make sure you use the correct USB plug (not supplied), otherwise it can overheat. The modes and range of colours are fantastic. It also can respond to music and mic input, creating a responsive lighting environment.

I ordered this ready for when I did my bedroom out plugged it in , it was lovely and bright, after just using this light in the evening I went to bed turned it on and this happened they days use that's all I had, No option to contact seller.

Bought 2 of these to have in the front room.eother some of the tv and love how it looks. So many colour/effect settings. Well worth it!!

The lamp randomly switches on, is it broken or have I done something wrong. Please are you able to help?
