Anti-Theft Portable Safe. FlexSafe by AquaVault (Beach Chair Lockbox & Packable Travel Vault)

I bought it to take on vacation and it worked great. Nice place to lock away phones, cash, room keys, etc. I was able to store both room keys and 5 iPhones in it at the same time.

I thought it was just something that happened to me since the person I spoke to at Aqua Vault told me that my issue had never happened before but after reading some of these reviews I now realize that it has happened to other people and that this company is full of crap. The combination on the Flex Safe lock changes without warning. My Flex Safe was locked to a chair on a day trip to an island while on a cruise. I had opened and locked the Flex Safe several times but then at one point it wouldn’t open. All of our valuables were locked inside. We had to have someone cut through the Flex Safe in order to get our ID’s out so we could return to our ship. I would never buy a product from them again.

I was looking for a way to keep a phone, keys and small wallet at water parks/beach without having to rent a locker. The Aquavault is exactly what I hoped. I didn't love the price but at least it was on sale when I purchased it. The benefits to this is that it is lightweight and pack able. The cons are that it is small. Just enough for a few small items like phones, wallet or camera. If you hope to add a tablet or multiple fablets type phones this may not be ideal or you may need to purchase more than one.

We bought this to use on a cruise. We were able to fit our passports, husband's wallet, change purse and extra bills in here. The flex safe fit easily into the room safe. This gave us extra security. In addition, for the travel to and from the ship, we had extra security for our documents and money. It fit easily into the bottom of our carry on without drawing attention. The only thing is it isn't very big. Larger hands have a bit of trouble reaching in to get out contents.Pros: fits passports and bills, unobtrusive (if thieves don't know it's there, less likely to get stolen), easily transportable, can be attached to fixed itemCons: Only 3 digits for passcode (easily guessed/hacked), small-ish openingTo open, once you put your code in, you push the button on the left of the clasp to open the clasp. When you pull up from the open clasp, there's a heavy duty zipper. You can fit your passports in there, bit it's a bit tight getting them in. For us, we have our passports in rfid sleeves and then in a padded holder. The padded holder was the tight fit in there. Once we got those in there, we put the extra bills and wallet. To get any of the extra bills or things not in a holder, the passport padded holder had to come out first for room for the hand to reach in to get the individual items.This really did work well for us. We looked at a few other options, and even ordered a few, but none would hold the passports and wallet.

This was our second FlexSafe we are giving as a gift. I am very glad we bought ours for vacation. It was easy to use and we all felt so much better knowing that our items were "out of reach" while we were relaxing by the pool. I did make sure I tested the product ahead of time (plenty of times!) to make sure we did not have any issues. It is super durable, easy to use, and makes family trips that more enjoyable knowing that our valuables are safe when we are swimming or walking the beach. Great product and worth every penny!

I saw this on Shark Tank and thought it’d be a great idea for my upcoming vacation. It shipped fast and showed up on time. When I opened the package the product was good quality and I was excited to try it out. Right away I noticed the lock was not great. The design doesn’t seem appropriate for the beach. I was worried about sand getting inside of it and jamming it up. Well, I didn’t have to wait for that. When I changed the combo to my personal one, it opened and closed fine the first four times. Now, nothing!!! It won’t open on my combo or the factory combo. It’s stuck closed. Thankfully this happened before my trip with nothing in it. To say the least, I’m disappointed.One more thing about the lock. It’s chrome colored and makes it look kind of like a purse which I think makes it more of a target for thieves.The reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the product is a great idea and besides the lock it’s very well made.

I wish I could have given 5 stars. The lock broke after one use. I am giving 3 stars because the item was as described and was shipped quickly. I am replacing it with another in hopes it was a lemon. Will update review after trying out the second one.

Useless. Worked once and then jammed when we locked it to a beach chair in Curasco. With only 20 minutes before our bus was leaving, we panicked. All of our valuables were inside including credit cards, cell phones, etc. Luckily, a pair of scissors from the bar was able to make it through the mesh and we carved it off the chair just in time. VERY frustrating and more than a little terrifying. And this is the second time around for me. I returned the first one when it wouldn't unlock, thinking it was just a fluke. Not so. Both were defective.

1st time I used this on holiday it was great for 4 days but then it wouldn’t Lock despite me entering correct Code Therefore TOTALLY USELESS as couldn’t close fasten or Lock it!No way of resetting Code as the Lock wouldn’t recognise my correctly entered code(which I had written down at time of setting as recommended)I can only assume the Code has been changed accidentally during usage as it wont fasten lock or unlock with my Code or the Original 0000 setting.Unfortunately I had bought this well in advance of my holiday Therefore although it was useless after just 4 days use the measly 30DAY Warranty had expiredWhy only a measly 30 day warranty for something that is supposedly advertised as being extremely robust and virtually unbreakable??!!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

Ich habe den Artikel heute erhalten und schicke ihn sofort wieder zurück. Schon beim Ziehen mit mittlerer Kraft löst sich das Schloß, da es nur mit winzigen, instabilen Schrauben befestigt ist. Ein Safe den man einfach aufreißen kann ist ziemlich Sinnlos. Das Gewebe scheint auch nicht schnittfest zu sein. Ich werde mir etwas anderes für meine Wertsachen suchen.
