I take 2 a day best helps me hold back from needing to go all the time. Then I take 2 gels at night. I find gels easy to swallow. So keeps me to hold it better at night too. I read cranberry in it helps with the gut health, which helps brain health. No UTIs so far which is excellent.

Works amazing I always take one before and after a period but beware it will jumpstart your period works a lil tooo well but love it because it just make me feel clean and healthy great taste also I don’t particularly like cranberry but it’s good. Price went up but it’s definitely worth it ! And last me a great 2 months definitely will be subscribing to have it come in monthly 🙂‍↕️! ( side effects period will start early 😭)

O love this product and have been using it for several years. These are easy to swallow and don’t have the weird taste of the previous ones from the same brand I was taking. However, I took off one star because I have been consistently receiving bottles that are short by 1-2 capsules! That adds up over time, plus it’s made me miss doses because I’m short a dose! This latest bottle only had 98/100. The one before was 99. Definitely an issue with the manufacturer I’d assume.

They don't help a bladder infection like an antibiotic. But I read that they create a slipper border in the bladder where everything flushes out and the bacteria can't cling to anything. Just evacuates when you urinate. Easy to swallow and I fell like it works well. Helps with bladder irritation. Feels like it helps with giving powerful urination when you suffer from not being able to empty the bladder completely.

Great product, have been taking these for months and they are bigger but because they are gel they aren't bad. To stop any irritation I take 2 of these a day and if needed use Summer's Eve Vinegar douche wash. Too personal, but maybe it will help some girls like me avoid the burning/irritation that we can sometimes get. I like the health benefits of vitamin C as well. I have no issue with this with my stomach.
