I bought this because the regular preworkout was keeping me up at night since I'd go to the gym after work. It does still give you a pump but of course its not as intense as regular pre workout. If you just need a little pick me up without all the caffeine before bed I recommend this. Taste great too!

I like the taste and energy it gives me prior to working out. Only thing is not sure why it sometimes hardens and clumps, I don’t leave it in damp or area of moisture.

Blue raspberry is certifiably terrible. Actual effects are fine but wow is it hard to drink it. Also possibly makes my stomach upset, not sure. Would return if I could. EDIT: I've added 1 star because they've refunded my order. Look, it's not the worst non-stim pre in the world but still wouldn't recommend. In all honesty, it's probably good for the price as long as you can get over the blue raspberry flavor.

Bought this as my usual pre workout is not available in Canada. The taste is ok, I’m not a fan of stevia. I find a whole scoop is really sweet. I also notice no difference between using it before a run and drinking water. The only thing I feel is tingly cheeks. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I’ve been using it for over a week now and I have to be honest, I don’t feel any different during my workouts. I like the fact that it’s not overly sweet and it has a tangy taste to it. Aside from that it’s just a good tasting drink.
